The other activities include hobbies, running errands, functions, and visiting friends. So, the person needs to plan accordingly. However, it is not necessary to do all the things daily. Thus, a person can plan things alternatively. For example, on Monday, a person can choose to work-out while on Tuesday they can choose to take swimming lessons at the same time. Thus, such type of time management can help the person in achieving their goals and entertain themselves also.

Following a strict time-table, every day can become tiresome. So, it is also essential to plan a vacation or a day-off. Not only will a holiday relax your body but also it would clear your mind and help you in thinking straight. Moreover, planning a romantic dinner with your partner or a play date with kids once a week can also help in achieving mental peace.

However, usual gaps and free-time is essential for every person. Moreover, nobody wants to become a workaholic. So, it is crucial to spare time from the time-table also.
