If you have been waking up at 8 a.m. for the office at 9 a.m., try waking up at 7 or 6:30 a.m. Try doing one yoga practice for 15 minutes and have breakfast. Most people don’t have breakfast in the morning, so even if it is a pancake breakfast, having something in the morning would help. Eventually, you can move on to green juices, salads, and so on.

Your goal should include developing one good habit for one month. If you are following something for more than 30 days, it will become a routine, and you would automatically follow it and make time for it.

The next goal would be to join a course or improve one of your skills, and these have to be completed within a time frame of one month or 45 days for the best outcome. You can also focus on financial goals like saving 2-3% monthly.
