“Positive Meme” is a book written by Dan Palleschi, a psychologist and profiler who have worked with the FBI. He discusses why we as people create or break bad habits, and how these can in turn affect our relationships and our lives. I personally found this to be a very good read and definitely left some things to contemplate. If you are seeking something new and different, I would highly recommend this book to you.

“Stay Positive, And You Will See The Good Memes: Creating and Maintaining a Positive Image in Today’s Negative Environment” is a fun little book full of advice on how to stay positive and avoid negative situations. This is not a “how to” manual or something that will tell you exactly what to do. Rather, it is more of a “what not to do” manual. I have no doubt that anyone can teach themselves how to do this, but if not taught how to do it by someone who has been through the same things and has found positive success, the process will be much more difficult.
So, in this book, he talks about the difference between having positive thoughts and having negative ones. I think he nails it. First off, he points out that everyone has both positive and negative thoughts, even those who claim to be religious. Also, he makes quite clear that it is okay to have both positive and negative things happen in one’s life, just as long as they are not mixed together.
Focus On Only One Thing
For example, one major thing that most people would consider positive is being able to have more than one great thing in one day. This is especially true for those who are in businesses or those who are financially secure. Unfortunately, many people only have one great thing in mind. I believe this is because, for them, it’s easier to focus on only one thing. This can be detrimental to overall health, not to mention being a huge pain in the butt.

When it comes to this author’s point of view, having multiple great things happening in one’s life is far more positive than focusing on just one great thing. It’s kind of like putting your faith in the sun instead of relying upon the stars. Sure, it might make you more comfortable at night but would you go up at night and spend all night worrying about the fact that the earth was about to fall? No, you’d get up and work hard the next day to make sure that thing doesn’t happen. In the case of life, it’s important to be able to have successes mixed with failures in a positive way.
When you harness the power of positive thought and action, you can change your whole day to be positive and help you create more success in your life. When you change your mindset from a negative one to a positive one, you can make it possible for great things to happen around you. By being able to change your perspective from a negative one to a positive one, you can change your life for the better. Positive mottos and sayings like “stay positive, the sky is the limit” can change your life for the better when used in conjunction with daily positive action.
